Terms of sale

1. The shop. SaPrié (saprie.in) is run by Sakshi Gattani, a sole proprietor, from Bahadurgarh, Haryana 124507, India. Contact: namaste@saprie.in.
2. Products are handmade, so colours, sizes and details vary slightly from the photos and from piece to piece.
3. Prices are in Indian rupees. SaPrié is not registered for GST (it's below the registration threshold), so no GST is charged. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
5. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a piece can't be made or a price was shown incorrectly.
6. Returns: see our Returns policy. We don't accept returns, except for items damaged in transit.
7. Care: pieces are made of wool and should be kept away from water, heat and rough handling. They are not toys; small parts (pearls, beads) are not suitable for children under 3.
8. Images and designs on this site belong to SaPrié.
9. Grievance officer: Sakshi Gattani, namaste@saprie.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
10. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jhajjar, Haryana have jurisdiction.
