Every piece is made by Sakshi in India. - **Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?** The design stays the same, but yarn colours and individual stitches can vary slightly. Each piece is crocheted by hand. Check the product details for materials and dimensions, or ask us before ordering if you need something specific. - **Do I need an account to place an order?** No. You can check out as a guest. Signing in lets you save addresses and see orders in your account. - **How do I pay for my order?** Follow the payment instructions shown on your order page after checkout. If UPI instructions are shown, scan the QR code or use the UPI app link on your phone, and check the amount and order number. We email you when payment has been confirmed. - **Can I pay cash on delivery?** Cash on delivery is not currently available. - **Can I use a discount code?** Enter your code at checkout and choose Apply. A made-to-order piece needs to be made before it is sent; courier delivery comes after dispatch. You can also use the Track order page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. - **Can I change the delivery address?** Contact us with your order number before the parcel is dispatched. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. - **Can I include a gift note?** Yes. Choose the gift option at checkout and add your message. Gift packing slips hide prices, and you can enter the recipient’s delivery address. - **Can I request a different colour or a custom piece?** Contact us with your idea before ordering.
